To continue the conversation of the values work at 91¿´Æ¬, members of the community were invited to participate in a facilitator training activity over lunch.Ìý

Members of the 91¿´Æ¬ community including staff, faculty, students, administrators, and alumni were asked to participate in a facilitator training around how to discuss the values we hold as a community. This training included what we have done over the course of the year and what we hope to accomplish within the next few months.Ìý

We had overÌý40 91¿´Æ¬ community members come together to deeply discuss our personal and communal values.ÌýÌýThemes that emerged from the conversations includedÌýmoreÌýstudent voices, creating spaces for all,Ìýa physical representation of our values, a need to celebrate and convey many of 91¿´Æ¬ successes, and many more.ÌýThis was a great start to engage community members around the values of the 91¿´Æ¬ community.Ìý
