91¿´Æ¬â€™s Staff Senate creates connections, supports an equitable and vibrant work environment, and amplifies staff voices through policy and advocacy action alongside other shared governance partners at the University. Through a variety of committees, partnerships, events, and research, we encourage diversity and inclusion, equity, and transparency. After six months of employment, staff employees are eligible to self-nominate for elections, and senators serve two-year terms.
