Foundations of Teaching
Foundations of Teaching is an introductory course designed for early career faculty members. With a focus on building a strong foundation in effective teaching practices, the program covers essential topics such as student-centered teaching, course design, student engagement, assessment strategies, inclusive teaching methods, the teacher-scholar model, and university citizenship. Upon completion of the course’s six modules, faculty receive the Foundations of Teaching badge. Ìý
Faculty who are new to 91¿´Æ¬ will be enrolled in this course as part of their New Faculty Academy curriculum. Participation in this course is open to all full-time faculty regardless of rank or series.ÌýÌý
